Sprint bills continue to baffle me!!

So in the fall of ’08, I went to Word of Life Bible Institute in upstate New York.  Since this area was out of Sprint coverage, I canceled my Sprint plan.  This happened in October in 2008.  One of the biggest pushes for me to leave Sprint was their incapability to keep my bills correct.  There were many charges for over $100 or more that were tagged onto my bill each month.

Since leaving, I have still been getting bills from Sprint.  One was for -$0.24 and the other for -$7.64.   Almost two years later I still have to call them, remember my pin, and get them to correct my bill.  Now granted they are showing that they owe me money.  But, getting a check for $0.24 is not that great.  I wonder what the next two years will bring.  How much more is owed to be due to over charges on my past bills.

What if every time we canceled something, a phone, internet, Netflix, or what ever, we got money back?
